First of all, I'd like to thank you for downloading this layout from Akatsuki Designs, and I do hope that you
can put it to good use. I really hope that that you are reading this before starting to upload things, and
working on your site with my layout. There are rules which you MUST abide, and no, there is absolutely
NO exception made. Please refer to the terms of use located on the main site for the most recent and updated version of the Terms of Use. The terms of usage may change anytime without notice.
- You must always give credits to me, because I made the layout, I coded it, it took me time,
and I don't appreciate it going on a waste because you don't credit me.
- Do NOT remove any watermarks or image maps on the layouts that links me or any other website
whose materials I used to create the layout. I don't want to be held responsible for not creditting that
person properly because you removed the watermark.
- Do NOT edit the layout then claim it as yours, I do not tolerate it! I made the layout, it takes
time and effort, you have to appreciate it.
- Do NOT steal my CSS, no don't download it just because you want to see the stylesheet. Have some
creativity, and use it.
- Do NOT direct link, just because you've downloaded it, and don't know how to use it, then direct-linked
my whole preview page will make me really mad, and I MEAN it.
- Do NOT redistribute my layouts, this means you cannot take my thumbnails, CSS file, zip file,
or anything else that you find here on YOUR site.
- Do NOT sell/trade/auction the layouts; they are for non-commercial purposes only. If you wish to use it for commercial purposes, please email me.
Here's a step by Rei instruction on how to use these layouts:
- Download the *.zip file from my website.
- Unzip the zip file using your favourite zip file utilizer. (Recommended: Winzip, WinRar; Go to download.com to download them.)
- Open the main.html or index.html or navigation.html for iframes, and edit it
to your liking, but DO NOT remove the credits.
- Please use the include Akatsuki Design button
- Save it, do not change the file name, etc.
- Upload the *.html files onto your server through your favourite FTP program.
- Upload the /images folder to your server, without modifying anything.
- Enjoy!
- Edit the title, content and links (You can see how on this page).
- You may edit the stylesheet as long as you keep the credits intact. What that means is that you are allowed to change the font, color, size, etc, as long as it doesn't look like a brand new stylesheet based on mine.
- You may add, or take out the links headers.
I'm tired of chasing all net-thieves, and they are still roaming around the net, let me tell you, it's not easy to become a skilled webdesigner, it takes time, and effort. If you can't think up of anything to create your layout
or such be creative, do not take someone else's material.

If you are having troubles with the layouts please try the following solutions that will hopefully work
before you email me.
- If you can't upload the files
Make sure your disk space isn't full, or if you're uploading through FTP, make sure you upload the images
in BINARY mode, while the text in ASCII mode.
- If the images are broken/messed up
Reupload the image files in BINARY mode.
- If you get a broken link when clicking "Enter"
Recheck that file or the other one and make sure that they're working.
- If the tables or DIV are messed up
You have to redo the coding by yourself, I can't help you with that.
- If the layouts look too big, or don't work properly
Check the recommended resolution on the layout, usually on the main page, if it says Recommended for
1024x768 and Mozilla FireFox but you use Internet Explorer & 800x600, I can't help you out
unless you switch browser and resolution.
