The ten policies, also known as the terms of usage are devised to provide you and me the same respect we deserve. The rules are simple and easy to follow, and should you feel like breaking any of these policies, you will, be facing the consequence. Akatsuki Designs is owned, maintained by and rightfully belong to Rei. In no means should anything be redistributed unless with permission.

I. All materials on this website are © Akatsuki Designs. All anime and other images used in the making of the graphics used on this site are © their rightful owners.

II. I should point out that in under no circumstances do I own Inuyasha or other anime featured here at Akatsuki Designs.

III. I'd like to point out though I do not own the images used to create graphics (Avatars, wallpapers, etc), and or show tutorials, I MADE them to what you see here.

IV. If you are to use the images from my gallery, go right ahead that's the reason I made it. It would be polite if you can link-back to me. You don't know how painful it was for my bump, eyes, and hands to capture all those images, upload them, and make them viewable for public.

V. Each layout, is created by ME; please respect that fact, and appreciate the time that went into the designing and coding.

VI. This layout and its content was coded by me; You may not "borrow", "copy", and/steal any part of this coding (Including CSS variables) and use it for your own site.

DO NOT direct link any files on this site.
DO NOT edit, and then claim my graphics, tutorials, or any other things made by me and claim it as yours.
DO NOT take my work and put it on your site without telling me.
DO NOT sell/auction my work.
DO NOT edit the CREDITS (meaning the link back to Akatsuki Designs such as Designed by: http://designs.kyoukei.com) making it unreadable, or erasing it some way.
DO NOT steal my site coding (CSS, HTML, PHP, etc) as it was done by ME. I worked hard, and I deserve the credit of creativity of my work.
DO NOT try to sue me over copyright violation. I have less that 0% intention of trying to violate any copyright laws.
DO NOT harass, or flame me over on the commenting system. If you have something to tell me, please do it in a mature way. Send me an email explaining why you're not happy with me.
IF my graphics has inspired you in some ways, I would appreciate an inspiration credit.

All information submitted to Akatsuki Designs is kept private. I DO NOT sell, auction, trade or give away private information to any third party. All emails and name submitted are used only to contact you, and will never be exposed to any third party. Please be aware that I cannot be help responsible if you post any personal information on the site, and should anything happen to you.
